We offer classes for all levels and ages: from Power, Flow, Candlelight, and featuring our CroYoga/Athletic Recovery classes. Our studio is heated between 86-93 degrees depending on the class. Yoga will flush out toxins in the body through the use of breath and heat, will alleviate muscle soreness, allow for deeper release, prevent injury, improve metabolism, provide improved sleep, help to sustain a youthful appearance, regulate digestion and circulation, enhance one’s focus, develop a calmer mind, and much more.
