CrossFit Gymnastics Certified
Certified personal nutrition coach
Track & field and gymnastics background (10 years of each), graduated from EIU in 2015 with a degree in dietetics, and also where I ran D1 track for 4 years. I started CrossFit to switch up my summer training for track. When I graduated, CrossFit became my main focus with Regional goals in mind. Olympic lifting and gymnastics skills are my favorites and specialties. I've started my competitive CrossFit career most recently, and look forward to my second ever CrossFit Open season in 2017. I train not because I want to look or feel a certain way, I train because my body was made to be pushed to it's limits. And I strive to instill that in the athletes I coach. It's not about a number on the scale or pant size, those just come as bonuses to being fit.
