How long personal training @ CFL? – 10 months
Athletic Background – Became a runner in adulthood. Active but not in organized sports as a kid. I missed my calling!
Why personal training with Michelle? – I was on a quest for a stronger body and running alone wasn’t getting me there.
Favorite PT Movement –Wearing a tank top to the training session, looking in the mirror and seeing a visible difference in my arms.
Least Favorite PT Movement – The time I had to cancel because my daughter was sick.
Most Memorable PT Moment –When I requested a longer time to hold my plank – I can definitely see my strength improve.
How has Michelle and PT improved your overall wellness? – Michelle is fantastic. She is very in tune to my reaction, doesn’t ease up but rather motivates me further. We talk about healthy eating and exercise but she also recognizes the demands we all have on our lives. In 10 months of working with her, she has never repeated a work out. It’s always something new and different which is a big motivation.
Advice to anyone thinking about PT @ CFL – Just try it one time! I promise it will be worth your time…..
